LADV100
Basic controller. The first one you program.
Small fixed-I/O controllers for learning ladder logic. Enough inputs and outputs for a motor station, a set of traffic lights or a garage door, and small enough that every channel is in view.
Who it is for
Built for
- Students and apprentices
- Training centres and colleges
- Anyone moving into automation
Good for
- First programs: seal-ins, timers, counters
- Classroom exercises that mark themselves
- Interview and skills tests that need no hardware
Every channel in view
Eight or twelve inputs, six or eight outputs. Small enough that a student can see every lamp and knows what each one is wired to.
A cold start you can see
The CPU 110 has no retentive memory: stop it and start it, and every latch and count is gone. The CPU 120 keeps them. Run the same program on both and the difference teaches itself.
Exercises that mark themselves
Wired to a LADX Twin, the motor station and the traffic junction pass or fail on rules, not on how the screen looks.

Twins that run on this series
Open one in the lab with its reference program, then switch to your own.
Beginner
Motor start/stop station
A start button, a stop button, an E-Stop and a motor. The seal-in, done properly.
Beginner
Traffic light junction
Two sets of lights at a crossroads. A sequence built from timers, with the safety rules checked.
Intermediate
Sorting conveyor
A belt, two sensors and a pusher. Reject the metal parts, let the plastic through.
Advanced
Tank level control
A tank, a fill valve and a level transmitter. Hold the level with hysteresis, never overflow.
